kudos, you did better than I ever have done on a TF2 server.Do that every night for or 3 months and it will be popular like the css server.

Nonethelless well done, I would have played but busy at food and stuff.

This is how I've always looked at getting servers popular:
1)Play a game you want to play.
2)Play every night, joining even when empty and 'harassing' people to join.
3)???
4)Profit.

CPC only ever got popular because iD guys wanted to play every night, the rest came naturally. Of course having the IP in CPC helped, but ti was people joining it in the first place that got it going. There will still be a hardcore on the CPC CSS server that join early and get it going every night, even now.

Aye. Noted.

There are a few bods in the cpc group who play alot of TF2, one of them was 60 hours in 2 weeks....

May send them a message about helping us getting regular players on.

Well at 8:30pm there was two on the server. By 9:15 4 on the server. A bit of a poor show for a readers nite, I got the Orange Box just for this game £14 from GAME and was hopeing for a good readers nite, Ive done alot of CCS nites and they are allways a good nite. If your reading this at 10:00pm and the servers full, Sorry and forget what I just said...

sry i couldnt be on at 20:00. i did notice tho that the map times
where a bit short, not enough time to capture all points, correct me
if im wrong, but is there a way to extend the map times by the admins?

May be just that there are few good games introduced recently such as L4D, players just spreading out a bit?

And for the CSS, well lots of admins are on that server and most regulars are going back there because they feel more comfortable knowing the game for so long. The ins and outs in CSS (some may call them cheats )

It doesn't help that the dates are bouncing about.
