just making general banter and said can't wait for my chinky tonight and caveman said we cant tolerate racism and was banned, dont know if it was him or not.
now again am not a racist person meant no harm by it just simply saying cant wait for my chineese dinner that was planned for tonight. i meant no harm in it and i dnt think its a racist term but its your server and your rules.
i spoke to FU on steam and he said its on the load up page (which i just spam enter till am in game)and said no chance of getting banned lifted but i though i might aswell still ask.

again i wil understand if u keep the ban on me and just play else where but to be perma banned for that seems a bit over the top, thanks for reading and discuss well

I've been discussing this for a while now, and I've decided this should be a week's ban for first offence. This is basically because it's not racism, and more douchebaggery. Second offence will be permo for racism.

Let us the admin make this clear ...

You are not going to all be smart arses on the server and mention the word that we sometimes say for Chinese food and think that you will get away with a slap on the wrist..... YOUR NOT.

1st time someone said this .... fair enough, mistake.

2nd time someone says this who has just been banned in THE SAME FRACKIN WEEK! Stupid to a degree in stupid.

We all can be smart arses and read threads and see what someone got let off for and didn’t and adapt his or her behaviour accordingly, thing is WE THE ADMIN aren't thick, we know what players are banned for and talk to each other often regarding the subjects.

YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED.

As always a very heartfelt and sincere responce from you.
You may not be familiar with the story thus far so I will try to explain.

This server operates a zero tolerance to racism, we have many races that play here, and from many different countries. The server is one place where we can all be equal and friends.
The first time the word "chinky" came up all the admin had to look long and hard at its implications, some members did take offence and thought the remark was derogitory if not racist.

As admin we concluded that the word was in the english vocabulary to describe a type of food outlet and whilst no racist remark was intentional we also concluded that under the racism definition the term is racist.

Now, we all agreed that we are not here to educate, we are here to enforce all the rules regardless.
What we did do is to allow ignorance where no racist intent was observed, which is why for a limited time only we agreed to a one week ban for a first offence.
This time limit will be over soon and any racist comment, intended or not will be met with a perm ban from this server.
Your personal views, and that of any admin are private and your own, but whilst on the server everyone is equal, and no inclusions or exemptions are allowed.
I must however thank you for being so polite and respectfull of the rules, and your apology is accepted.
Your ban will be lifted after the term, and I seriously doubt you will be banned again for this reason.

A lot of people don't know that calling the local chinese chippy a chinky is unacceptable. They get a one-time pass because they are just malinformed douchebags. The line has to be drawn somewhere, and it's there. That's the absolute limit of what we'll put up with, and we aren't even particularly happy about that.

Everyone, even you, knows that Nigger is an unacceptable term. Everyone. The MOTD clearly states racism is unacceptable; you shouldn't even have to read a stupid MOTD on the internet to work that out.
